CSF is a direct manufacturer of some of the world’s finest all-aluminium engine water radiators, engine oil coolers, power steering coolers, gearbox oil coolers and intercoolers cores. 

Products in the CSF lineup utilise a B-Tube core rather than a old style O-Tube core. The B-Tube core is comparatively stronger than the O-Tube which allows the tube to be made using less material, improving heat transfer and being much lighter than an O-Tube radiator of identical sizing. This, combined with the dual laminar flow and improved surface area inside the core allow for an efficiency improvement of around 10-20% vs. a O-Tube core radiator of the same size. 

Designs are tested using CSF's in-house wind tunnel to optimise the design, with all radiators being CAB brazed and precise machined CNC fittings. In addition products are “Master Class” TIG welded and go through and 1 hour “Show-Stopper” mirror polish process
